Vintage 70’s Lanvin dress in grey with metal toggle closure. Fit and and flare dress with long sleeves, v neck and silver hardware closure. Labeled a size 42, please refer to measurements below for best fit. Model is normally an extra small and 5’10” and had pinned at waist for photos. No fabric content or care tag, recommend to dry clean. No flaws.
