Vintage 80’s Perceptions Blouse

Vintage 80’s blouse by Perceptions in grey blue with ivory stripes throughout and grey inner layer with metal buttons. Features a v neck, long sleeves and shoulder pads. Unique and in excellent condition. Made in USA of rayon and acetate. Dry clean only. Labeled a size 8. Model is normally an extra small for reference.
